How we handle the data you send us through the booking form.

What data we process
Through the form you send us your name, phone number, email, chosen property, dates, number of guests and the text of your note. We collect nothing else.
The sender's IP address is recorded in the e-mail together with the enquiry. It serves solely as protection against misuse of the form and we do not link it to anything else.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to enter into and perform an accommodation contract. The legal basis is the pre-contractual and contractual relationship under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We also keep a guest register as required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a stay are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Data on completed stays is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not provide the data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. It may be made available only to the e-mail and web hosting provider to the extent necessary for operation, and to an accountant or public authorities where required by law.
The site runs on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. (USA), acting as a processor. The transfer is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses. The form itself is processed on servers in Frankfurt and e-mails are sent through a mailbox at a Slovak provider.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to jasica@bsk.sk. If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
